- Must call for Refund.
- You can select a date before picking provider. If you select a date first and only one provider is available on that day, the staff will be automatically be selected for you.
If the need arises to cancel, please do so with in 24 hours. Any appointments canceled late are subject to the full price of service. Prices are subject to change without notice.
